Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President – India Staffing to lead and scale our India Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, client acquisition, account management, delivery leadership, and P&L; management. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, expand client relationships, and deliver profitable business outcomes.
NKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Growth & Sales

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the India Staffing business. N
- Drive current client acquisition across IT, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, GCCs, and other enterprise sectors. N
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Procurement leaders, and Hiring Managers. N
- Lead the complete saleslifecycle, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure. N
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans. N

nP&L; Ownership

- Own the complete Profit& Loss (P&L;) for the India Staffing business. N
- Drive revenue growth while improving margins and overall profitability. N
- Monitor financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. N
- Establish operational KPIs to ensure sustainable business performance. N

nDelivery & Operations

- Lead staffing delivery teams to achieve hiring, quality, and SLA objectives. N
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client requirements, and internal governance. N

nClient Relationship Management

- Act as the executive sponsor for strategic client accounts. N
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with existing customers. N
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account expansion. N
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. N
