- Write captions and contribute ideas for social creatives and short-form videos N
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, brand-consistent voice N
- Monitor and respond to user reviews on Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and Play Store N
- Track reviews and escalate recurring concerns to relevant departments (product, support, etc.) N
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution N
- Monitor competitors andplatform trends;
