nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Specialist to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,



and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1) Financial Reporting:

- Coordinate and prepare variance analysisn
- To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries.n
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.n
- Financial Statement (IND-AS / I-GAAP) along with accounting policies and note to accountsn
- Ensure Internal Control on Financial Reporting (ICFOR) requirementsn
- Approval and reporting of related party transactionn
- Annual report preparation and filing of annual returns with MCAn
- Ensure compliance with respect to listing agreement and SEBI LODR, MCA, Companies Act etc.n
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.n
- Assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the project
