Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Ticketing Executive / Ticketing Head with solid hands-on experience in international air ticketing.
NThis role requires deep expertise in Amadeus, excellent handling of reissues, refunds, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
NThis is not an airline BPO or call-center role.
NKey Responsibilities
nHandle international air ticketing end-to-end on Amadeus
NManage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and urgent fare changes
NWork with consolidators, NDC platforms, and portal-based issuance
NQueue PNRs and coordinatemultiple files efficiently
NManage group bookings andspecial fare cases
NHandle high volumes whilemaintaining accuracy
NTake complete ownership of ticketing operations
NGuide junior team memberswhen required
NMandatory Requirements

- 2–7+ years of travel agency ticketing experience N
- Very strong Amadeus knowledge N
- International ticketingexperience (mandatory) N
- Comfortable with reissues, refunds & pressure situations N
- Experience with consolidators / NDC portals N
- Strong Ownership mindset & accountability N
