NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of customer ASIC/VLSI engineering projects. The role involves planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, customer communication, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project execution from project kickoff to delivery and closure. N
- Understand customer SOW, scope, milestones, deliverables, and priorities and convert them into an execution plan. N
- Plan and coordinate engineering resources across multiple workstreams. N
- Work closely with RTL, DFT, Verification, STA, Physical Design, FPGA, Firmware, and other engineering teams as applicable. N
- Track project progress,milestones, deliverables, effort, and resource utilization. N
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule deviations. N




- Drive closure of technical and execution blockers with engineering leads. N
- Coordinate dependenciesbetween customer teams and internal engineering teams. N
- Act as the key interface between the customer and internal project teams for execution-related matters. N
- Conduct regular projectreviews and provide transparent status, risks, action items, and recovery plans. N
- Manage customer feedback, changing priorities, and scope-related discussions. N
- Ensure deliverables arecompleted on time and meet agreed quality expectations. N
- Escalate critical risks, delays, and resource constraints to management in a timely manner. N
