NAbout the Role
nWeare seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Audit & Assurance to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in statutory audits, limited reviews, and Ind AS implementation, with experience handling listed and non-listed clients.
NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct statutory audits for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies. N
- Perform limited reviewsfor listed companies in compliance with regulatory requirements. N
- Handle Ind AS implementation, transition, and adoption assignments. N
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations. N




- Coordinate with clientsand stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit engagements. N
- Identify audit risks and recommend practical solutions to improve financial reporting and compliance. N
- Prepare and review audit documentation and reports. N

nCandidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). N
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance. N
- Experience working on listed company audits and limited review assignments. N
- Exposure to audits of private and public companies. N
- Robust understanding ofInd AS, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. N
- Working knowledge of MSOffice applications. N
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills. N
