- Act as the functional owner of Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), driving adoption, optimization, and continuous enhancement. N
- Design and refine end-to-end recruitment workflows within ORC to improve efficiency, transparency, and candidate experience. N
- Identify system gaps, recommend enhancements, and partner with HRIS/IT teams for implementation. N
- Lead automation initiatives within ORC (offer management, approvals, workflows, dashboards). N
- Ensure data integrity, system governance, and best practices in ORC usage. N

nTalent AcquisitionCoE Development

- Build and institutionalize a centralized TA CoE to standardize processes, policies, and practices. N
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and frameworks aligned with ORC capabilities. N
- Benchmark TA processes and introduce best-in-class hiring practices and digital transformation initiatives. N
- Enable scalability of hiring across business units through standardized and tech-enabled models. N





nStrategy & Decision Support

- Support leadership with data-driven insights from ORC dashboards and analytics. N
- Drive workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and pipeline strategies using system-generated insights. N
- Partner with HRTAs, HRBPs and business leaders on strategic talent acquisition decisions. N
- Provide actionable insights on funnel metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends. N

nProcess Governance& Compliance

- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, audit requirements, and regulatory norms through system-enabled controls. N
- Embed compliance checkswithin ORC workflows (approvals, documentation, audit trails.) N
- Drive recruitment audits and ensure 100% compliance across all hiring stages. N
- Mitigate risks through robust governance frameworks and system validations. N
