Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Annotation Team Lead to lead the annotation team while actively contributing to annotation work. The role requires hands-on involvement in word alignment and annotation , along with ensuring the team's daily productivity, quality, and adherence to project guidelines.

nKey Responsibilities
n

na) Word Alignment & Annotation
nPerform hands-on word alignment and annotation of text, audio, image, or other datasets in accordance with project guidelines and quality standards.
n

nb) Team Leadership & Daily Operations
nLead the annotation team by assigning tasks, monitoring daily productivity, resolving blockers, and ensuring project timelines are met while actively contributing to annotation work.
n

nc) Review & Quality Assurance
nReview annotated datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, conduct quality checks,



provide feedback to team members, and ensure daily output meets defined quality standards.
n

nd) Annotation Guidelines & Documentation
nMaintain annotation guidelines, document edge cases, resolve annotation ambiguities, and ensure consistent application of annotation standards across the team.
n

ne) Cross-functional Collaboration
nWork closely with peers to understand project requirements, communicate progress, resolve issues, and continuously improve annotation quality and workflows.
n

nDaily Expectations
n6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
n4 hours: Reviewing completed work, conducting quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing team operations.
