The Role
Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations.

What You’ll Do
During this internship, you will:
- Assist theTA team with Span’s recruiting initiatives
- Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
- Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
- Represent Span at recruiting and networking events
- Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent

About You
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in recruiting, people operations, or employer branding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
