Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

A. Contractor & Contract Labour Management
- Maintain contractor-wise manpower, attendance and deployment records.
- Support contractor onboarding, induction, documentation and verification.
- Monitor wages, statutory benefits, working hours and labour-related documentation.
- Conduct periodic contractor compliance checks and track corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor manpower movement, absenteeism and attrition.
- Escalate material non-compliance and ER risks to the Manager – ER.

B. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain statutory compliance records and trackers.
- Coordinate with contractors for required documents, returns and statutory records.
- Support inspections and statutory submissions.
- Monitor compliance relating to wages, working hours, advantages and employment conditions.
- Track observations and ensure timely closure.

C. Field ER / Employee Relations




- Act as the day-to-day ER contact for contractors and project workforce.
- Handle first-level worker grievances and coordinate resolution.
- Monitor discipline and workplace conduct.
- Conduct regular interaction with contractor supervisors and workers.
- Identify early warning signals of labour unrest and escalate promptly.
D. Canteen & Employee Welfare Management
- Day to day management of canteen facilities during project, commissioning, and plant operations phases.

Experience

6 to 8 years of work experience in Manufacturing Industry (Native of Marathi language is must).

Qualifications

Master’s in Social Work / MHRM / MIRPM from Maharashtra
