About the Role
The team lead plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions between the company and its agents. This position is responsible to manage a team of associate who will be responsible for reconciling agent statements, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely settlements. The Team lead acts as a bridge between internal teams and agents,



maintaining explicit records and upholding compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of reconciliation associates, including workload allocation, quality checks, and performance monitoring.
· Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of agent accounts and financial transactions.
· Review agent statements, payments, commissions, refunds, and adjustments and identify discrepancies.
· Coordinate with agents and internal teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
· Support accurate and timely agent settlements and payments.
· Prepare reconciliation, ageing, discrepancy, and settlement reports.
· Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and compliance.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
· Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
