Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Senior Lead Generation and Inside Sales Lead to spearhead our top-of-funnel growth. With 7–9 years of experience, you aren't just a "caller"; you are a strategic hunter who understands how to navigate complex B2B landscapes, specifically within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects using a up-to-date, multichannel approach. You must be comfortable working US shifts and possess exceptional English communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Prospecting: Execute a sophisticated outreach strategy combining cold calling, personalized emailing, LinkedIn social selling, and video prospecting.
- Pipeline Management:



Identify and qualify SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the account executive team, ensuring a consistent flow of high-value opportunities.
- Strategic Research: Use deep-dive research to map out large healthcare organizations and life sciences firms, identifying key stakeholders (Directors, VPs, and C-Suite).
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Lavender) to personalize outreach at scale, improve response rates, and automate repetitive administrative tasks without losing the "human touch."
- Data Hygiene: Maintain a pristine CRM environment (HubSpot) by tracking all interactions, updating deal stages, and providing accurate weekly forecasts.
- Content Collaboration: Work with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine messaging based on real-world prospect feedback.
