We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented having Workday Report Writer experience to join the P&O; Data & Reporting team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR data, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Workday Reporting & Analytics
- Create, maintain, and enhance Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.




- Support the development of reporting solutions based on business requirements from P&O; stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting report issues and resolving data discrepancies.
- Perform report testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Support report scheduling, distribution, and maintenance activities.

Data Quality & Governance
- Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure reporting solutions comply with company security and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain and update documentation for report and dashboard changes, ensuring explicit tracking of enhancements, modifications, and business requirements

Stakeholder Support
- Provide reporting support to P&O; teams, COEs, and business stakeholders.
- Assist users in understanding available reports and dashboard functionality.
