Role Overview

We are looking to engage with accomplished senior leaders who have experience leading, building and scaling large, complex organisations and capabilities in India.

The leadership scope may span Site/Centre Leadership, GCC/GBS, Technology, Digital, Product, Business Operations, Shared Services or other enterprise functions, depending on the opportunity.

Relevant leaders will typically bring a solid track record of organisation building, strategic and operational leadership, transformation, global stakeholder management, talent development and operating effectively within complex, matrixed environments.
