We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver the next generation of Outlook experiences, balancing fundamentals, agility and AI equally.
In this role, you will identify high-value customer problems, set a clear product strategy, and lead cross-functional teams from insight through launch and iteration. You will be working with some of the best Engineers, Applied Scientists and Designers in the world to deliver best-in-class experiences for our users.

Responsibilities
- Set product direction: Develop a customer-backed vision, strategy, and roadmap for priority Outlook scenarios across mail, calendar, people, search, and organization; translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product bets and measurable outcomes.
- Lead AI-first experiences: Define Copilot and agentic workflows that help customers triage communication, draft and understand messages, prepare for meetings, manage schedules, and follow through on commitments while meeting responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
