About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – South India to lead the growth of our Industrial Adhesives & Tapes business across the region.
This role combines strategic sales leadership, technical solution selling, key account management, channel development and people leadership. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, solve complex application challenges and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong industrial B2B experience, commercial acumen, a customer-first mindset and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Business Leadership
- Develop and execute the South India sales strategy in partnership with Division leadership to achieve revenue, growth and profitability objectives.
- Translate market insights, customer needs and competitive intelligence into actionable business plans.
- Identify new industries, applications, customers and market opportunities for Industrial Adhesives & Tapes.
- Manage the regional sales budget and optimize resources to maximize business impact.
- Track business performance and take timely corrective actions to deliver results.
2. Customer & Market Development
- Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and key decision-makers.
- Lead complex sales opportunities, commercial negotiations and large customer engagements.
- Understand customer processes and application requirements to position the right adhesive and tape solutions.
- Drive new customer acquisition, product conversions, specification wins and expansion of existing accounts.
