The position reports to the Vice President of Global Client Onboarding Support.

Job Specification
- Establish and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business, maintain regular contact and reporting to ensure that satisfaction levels are high.
- Provide client onboarding advice across all the business lines to best meet their business needs and maintain positive working relationships through active communication, facilitation and teamwork
- Participate as end user in Salesforce’s development/improvement projects
- Support the wider global support team where required and provide technical guidance to junior analysts in their assigned job duties and ensure the team are kept up to date with changes to the Company Applications.
- Planning, scheduling, and managing the daily workflows of all deliverables within the team, monitor internal SLAs, provider regular KPI reports to the management
- Develop processes, procedures, and checklists
