Responsibilities:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. CAPEX Planning & Project
Execution
- Develop annual CAPEX plans in alignment with business requirements and organisational priorities.
- Prepare and drive project execution strategies across the assigned facilities.




- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Ensure projects are executed within the approved timelines, scope and budget.

2. Maintenance Management &
Equipment Reliability
- Oversee project-related and routine maintenance activities across the assigned facilities.
- Drive equipment reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Analyse equipment breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures.
- Drive improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance performance, including reduction in Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improvement in Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR).

3. Budget Management & Cost
Optimisation
- Monitor project and maintenance expenditure against approved budgets.
- Track cost variances and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising operation
