Job Summary
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Senior Analyst, BI & Analytics responsible for producing data, insight and analysis enabling data driven decision making and driving business value through analytics. This role is an individual contributor and is a great prospect for an analytically minded individual who wants to add value directly within the line of business whilst continuing to develop their technical skills.
You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills with the ability to convert raw data into meaningful analysis through a variety of techniques ranging from data wrangling, visualisation and modelling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
- Lead and develop the creation of Data & BI products that improve insight-driven decision making
- Clear and actionable insight creation of multiple complex data set(s)
- Delivery of processes to ensure data is standardised, high quality and robust that give a complete picture of our commercial and operational performance
- Build structured data pipelines to support business tools and analytics requirements
- Solicit and collaborate with account team members to obtain Data & BI requirements
- Facilitate data training workshops to effectively embed Data & BI products enabling
improved usage and adoption
- Creatively utilise different data modelling techniques to develop forecasting and predictive analysis
