Job Summary




As a Scrum Master – DevOps Tooling & Pipelines, you'll help drive the delivery of the engineering platforms that every Southwest Technology Team depends on to build, secure, and release software. You'll join the DevOps Tooling & Pipelines Pod, the Team responsible for the enterprise software supply chain, supporting critical capabilities such as code quality, artifact management, container registries, CI/CD, and secure software delivery. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Owners, Technology Leaders, and Engineering Teams to facilitate Agile delivery, remove impediments, and enable the successful execution of large-scale platform modernization initiatives across cloud-native engineering, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, and developer experience. By fostering Agile best practices, driving transparency, and helping Teams reach peak productivity, you'll play a key role in accelerating
