About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the Global Operations team under the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization for a 2027 summer internship.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
- Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:




- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree with min 16 years of formal education in the following majors: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Management or related business field with an expected graduation completion date between March 2028 – August 2028
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, evaluating business processes, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action by supporting process and project delivery, contributing to day-to-day operations, and driving operational excellence through solid process management and an enterprise mind
