nMyStree is looking for a friendly and organised, full-time front desk executive to be the first face patients see at our Indiranagar clinic.
nWhat you'll do:

- Be the friendly first face at our clinicn
- Manage appointments and patient flown
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online queriesn
- Support patient registration and basic recordsn
- Support billing and paymentsn
- Keep patient data safe and confidentialn

nMust have:

- n
- Must be located at a commutable distance from our Indiranagar clinicn
- Available to join immediatelyn
- Excellent communication and people skills, comfortable talking to a wide range of patientsn
- Well versed in English, with basic conversational Hindi and Kannadan
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Exceln
- Can multitask and stay calm on busy daysn

nNice to have:

- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals or clinicsn
- Background in tech or digital toolsn
