General Sales Manager – Paper Industry

- Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.n
- Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.n
- Experience in Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper.n
- Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering, from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.n
- Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.n
- Develop key accounts, new markets and strategic business relationships.n
- Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.n
- Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.n
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.n
- Robust network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.n
- Willingness to travel extensively.n
