NWe're looking for an Ad Film Copywriter who can turn a brief into an idea, an idea into a script, and a script into a film people remember.
NThis is not a content-writing or social-media-copy role.
NWe want someone who understands advertising as a craft - who can find the human truth in a brief, write dialogue that sounds real, and stay with the idea until it reaches the screen.
NWhat we're looking for

- n
- 3–8+ years writing advertising at an agency, studio, production house or brand - with a reel of produced films. Scripts that got made, not decks that got shelved. N
- Exceptional Telugu writing. You know how Telugu people actually speak - across regions, generations and audiences - and you write it, you don't translate into it. N
- Strong English copy fornational brands and digital campaigns. N
- Range across formats - a 6-second cut, a 30-second TVC,



a 3-minute brand film - and across categories: automotive, real estate, retail, FMCG, education, finance, lifestyle. N
- You develop the idea - platforms, concepts, taglines - not just execute someone else's. N
- You can present an ideato a client, defend it, and rewrite it when the brief changes or the shoot throws up a problem. N
- Three brands, two deadlines, one week - and the work still has an idea in it. N

- A sharp instinct for regional humour, culture and behaviour. N
- Advertising created forTelugu audiences, not adapted from national campaigns. N
- DOOH, CTV or performance creative - writing that lands in five seconds with no sound. N
- Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and pre-visualisation - and explicit opinions on where the writer's brain matters more. N
