NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for energetic and target-driven Sr Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
NKey Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channels N
- Connect with decision-makers and key business stakeholders N
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities N
- Qualify prospects basedon defined lead qualification criteria N
- Conduct follow-ups withprospects to generate qualified opportunities N
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation targets N
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM N
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover N
- Handle basic objectionsand communicate the value proposition effectively N
- Consistently focus on improving lead quality and conversion N

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development N
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply N
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills N
- Positive spoken English is mandatory N
- Comfortable making outbound business calls N
- Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers N
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills N
- Target-oriented and self-motivated N
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage N
