Job Description: Retail Back End

Key Responsibilities
- Daily sales and collection reconciliation across COCO/COFO stores.
- Stock reconciliation and coordination with stores/warehouse.
- Monitoring store compliance and legal documentation.
- Franchisee and store coordination for operational queries.
- MIS preparation and data validation for management reviews.
- Follow up on pending reconciliations and audit observations.
- Backend support during store openings and renovations.

Business Need
· Increasing number of stores across COCO/COFO and FOFO formats has led to higher reconciliation workload and coordination requirements.
· Timely and accurate reco is critical to financial control, inventory accuracy.
· Existing team member is balancing multiple operational priorities resulting in delays in closure of backend tasks.
· Strengthening backend support will enable the front end retail team to focus more effectively on sales generation and business development.
