Location: Kolkata
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT support across cafés, along with the Base Kitchen in Kolkata. The role will be responsible for IT support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, infrastructure readiness, and IT setup for new café openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting across cafés and production/base kitchen facilities.
- Resolve issues related to POS systems, hardware, software, networking, internet connectivity, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for installations, repairs, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Ensure IT infrastructure readiness for new café openings, including internet, networking, POS, CCTV, printers, and other IT requirements.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment across locations.




- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, service requests, and vendor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.
- Support IT procurement, installation, configuration, and deployment as required.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience; F&B;, Retail, Hospitality, or multi-location experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, POS systems, software troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to café locations as required.
