Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of projects with low criticality, ensuring that contractual requirements and customer expectations are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and operations), manage project performance, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You’ll specifically take care of defining project strategies and ensuring compliance with Alstom’s project management processes, but also lead and coordinate project activities from transfer to close-out phases.
We’ll look to you for:

Owning the Project Management Work Package (WP) and being accountable for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance.

Optimizing project financial performance, with a focus on margin and cash.

Defining project objectives and allocating resources to achieve customer satisfaction.

Leading and coordinating project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
