Accountabilities:
- Solution Ownership: Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of secure, scalable,



high-performing Power BI solutions that turn commercial and omnichannel data into actionable insight.
- Semantic Modelling and Performance: Build and optimise star-schema models, calculations, and DAX to deliver fast, reliable analytics at enterprise scale.
- Engineering Standards and Reuse: Define and promote standards, templates, and automation to increase consistency, reduce cycle time, and improve maintainability across reports and models.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and actionability through rigorous source-to-report reconciliation, row-level security, lineage tracking, and regulated dissemination procedures.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business users, analysts, data engineers, governance teams, and delivery partners, translating objectives into technical designs with clear trade-offs.
