What this role is about: Bringing real-world FMCG sales expertise into Kraftshala's Sales Centre of Excellence — through training, coaching, practical frameworks, and industry insights — to ensure our students are ready to succeed in frontline FMCG sales roles from Day 1.

Who we're looking for: An FMCG sales skilled with strong hands-on experience in field sales, particularly distributor management, general trade (GT) execution, and territory operations. We are less concerned about the exact number of years of experience and more focused on your depth of sales expertise, ability to simplify real-world sales problems, and ability to coach and develop others.
