Job Summary
The Fuser is responsible for operating fusing machines to bond interlining and fabric accurately, ensuring proper adhesion and maintaining the required quality standards in garment production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the fusing machine as per production requirements.
- Set the required temperature, pressure, and timing according to fabric specifications.
- Feed fabric and interlining correctly into the machine.
- Ensure proper bonding and alignment of fused materials.
- Check fused components for peeling, bubbling, wrinkles, or uneven bonding.
- Maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.
- Follow daily production targets and work instructions.
- Handle fabric and materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks.




- Report machine issues and quality defects to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures while operating the fusing machine.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualification & Experience
Education: 8th / 10th / 12th or equivalent
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers may be considered for trainee positions.
