At Guidewire delivering an exceptional hiring experience is an important part of our success. We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will help deliver a smooth, high-quality recruiting process from interview scheduling through pre-onboarding. You will partner closely with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, People team partners, and local leaders while supporting the systems, processes, and operational details that keep our recruiting programs running effectively.
The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and energized by the opportunity to improve how we work.
This is a hybrid role (3 - 4 days in office), and candidates must be commutable to our Bengaluru, India office.
Job Description

What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, local leaders, and People team partners.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones, calendars, and complex scheduling requirements,



ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless experience.
- Create offer documentation for new hires and manage pre-onboarding activities with accuracy and robust attention to detail.
- Support background checks, expense reimbursement, and other recruiting operations activities throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely, thoughtful communication to candidates and hiring teams so they understand next steps and feel well supported.
- Become a subject matter expert in our recruiting systems and provide day-to-day support to Talent Acquisition and People teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that create greater efficiency and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and maintain reporting that supports Talent Acquisition and People team priorities.
- Create and maintain process documentation, enablement materials, and guidance for recruiting operations activities.
