Role Summary:
Responsible for managing building systems and technical operations, ensuring reliability, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of all critical facility infrastructure.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Only Engineering Background).
- 6-8 years of experience in Facility Management or Technical Operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire & life safety, plumbing and BMS systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and vendor management.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety standards and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building technical systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed as per schedule.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, UPS, DG, fire safety, plumbing and critical infrastructure performance.
- Manage technical service vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support facility audits, inspections and statutory compliance requirements.
- Drive energy optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Respond to technical incidents, emergencies and business continuity requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records and reports.
