. Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
. Guarantee reliable and relevant reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations to provide decision making support to all actors involved.

. Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context.
. Contribute and generate value to the organization by ensuring project's advantages, managing risks, and finding cost saving opportunities.
