NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations, Founder's Office to work closely with the founders and support the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
NThis is a hands-on, cross-functional role covering Founder's Office, finance coordination, customer collections, compliance coordination, HR operations,



vendor management and general administration.
NYou will work with the founders, internal team and external professionals including our CA, CS, lawyers, auditors and other advisors.
NThis is not a role where you will be restricted to one function. You will get broad exposure to how a growing SaaS company is built and operated.

- Work directly with founders on business and operational priorities. N
- Convert decisions into action items, track deadlines and drive closure. N
- Maintain trackers and provide regular updates on pending activities. N
- Identify operational gaps and proactively escalate issues. N

nFinance & Collections

- Coordinate with the CA/accounting team on invoices, payments, expenses, GST, TDS, payroll and financial documentation. N
