JOB PURPOSE
- Support planning and early-stage design development for new airport terminals and related landside/airside interfaces by collating inputs from relevant disciplines and maintaining action/decision trackers.
- Assist with data collection and basic checks (e.g., traffic inputs, area/capacity summaries, passenger flow sketches and Level of Service notes) to support option comparisons and concept reviews under guidance.
- Prepare and update drawings, layouts, schedules, and presentations as directed, incorporating review comments and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and submission readiness.
- Maintain design documentation and records (minutes, comment logs, and draft submission packs) and support checks for alignment with applicable guidelines/standards and statutory requirements under supervision.

Support design head and phasing work by capturing stakeholder requirements, updating plans/layouts, and preparing draft notes/schedules for review.
