Job DescriptionMathCo is a data and AI analytics and solutions company. We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand, products, and ideas to life in motion — explainer videos, product and feature animations, campaign and social assets, and data-driven motion that makes complex AI and analytics concepts easy to grasp. You'll own work from concept to final render, animating within the MathCo brand system.
NWhat you will do: -

- Design and animate explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and campaign assets across brand, marketing, and sales. N
- Turn complex data and AI concepts into clear, engaging motion — animated data viz, process flows, UI motion. N
- Own projects end to end: concept, storyboard, style frames, animation, sound sync, and delivery. N
- Craft motion within theMathCo brand system and help evolve our motion guidelines. N
- Partner with designers,marketers,



and solutioning teams to scope and land the right creative. N
- Export and optimize forevery channel — web, social, decks, and events. N

- A solid graphic design foundation — typography, layout, color, composition. N
- Storytelling instinct —turn a brief or a dense idea into a clear narrative arc. N

- Comfort collaborating and iterating on feedback;
organized with files and versions. N
