Position Overview and Objective
We're looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to support our Customer Success and Product Analytics leader across the businesses they serve. In this role, you'll partner closely with that leader to dive into business problems,



understand what the data is telling us, and translate that into clear, decision-ready insight. You'll help build analytics with standardized definitions agreed upon by key stakeholders and aligned with our data governance policies, so our Customer Success and Product business partners can make confident, informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key partner to the Analytics leader, translating business priorities into structured, decision-ready analysis
- Analyse customer engagement patterns, product adoption, and account-level performance to uncover insights that inform sales and retention strategy
- Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting on core sales metrics, including cross-sell, upsell, and churn
- Extract and manipulate data from Snowflake and other cloud data sources to support both recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc business requests
