• Candidate with Previous General Insurance Industry experience will be preferred.
• Role involves generating retail business from tie-ups assigned by the company.
• To identify and recruit current POSP/ Retail Agents from the assigned location
• Work area involves traveling to District Headquarters/Talukas/Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to meet the
respective channel partners for generating business – Should have own Two-Wheeler
• To conduct training programs in the assigned territory and to prepare and deliver appropriate
presentations on products and services to the channel partners.
• To increase the business market share in the allocated region.
• To gather feedback from channel partners/customer and share with internal teams.
• Candidate should be self-motivated with a result driven approach, fast learner and should have passion for
sales.
• To negotiate/close deals and handle channel partners complaints as and when required.

• Collaborate with team members/ internal departments to achieve better results.
