nPlatform Administration

- Administer Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, IICS, MDM, CDIPC environmentsn
- Start/stop Informatica services, repositories, and nodesn
- Perform user / group / role managementn




- Apply standard configuration changes as per SOPsn
- Manage code deployments to higher environmentsn

nMonitoring & Incident Management
n
- n
- Monitor Informatica services, workflows, and schedulesn
- Perform daily health checks and job monitoringn
- Analyze session and workflow failuresn
- Restart failed jobs and services where applicablen
- Work on L2 incidents, service requests, and alertsn
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3n

nGood to Have:
nEnvironment Support

- n
- Support DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD Informatica environmentsn
- Perform workplace validation post-maintenancen
- Assist during application releases and patch windowsn
- Coordinate with ETL developers, DBA, Unix, Storage, Network teamsn

nBackup & Compliance

- Execute and validate repository backupsn
- Maintain access and audit compliancen
- Follow change management and release processesn
- Update runbooks and operational documents
