- Project Delivery & Customer Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all project-related activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Set up and manage end-to-end project workflows using RWS tools, technologies, and best practice methodologies.
- Prepare accurate project quotes, schedules, and resource plans that align with customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate project requirements to internal production teams to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support onboarding of recent customers and guide them through RWS solutions, workflows, and processes.
- Participate in customer meetings, provide project updates, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.
