- Job Purpose

The Design & Video is a key creative contributor within the Creative & Copy department, responsible for developing high-quality design and video assets that bring brand storytelling to life across campaigns, digital platforms, and social media. This role combines robust visual craft with motion and video expertise, delivering assets that are both strategically aligned and creatively engaging. The takes on more ownership of projects, mentors junior associates, and ensures design and video outputs meet the highest standards of brand consistency, creativity, and technical execution
- Key Accountabilities

Design & Visual Storytelling
- Conceptualize and produce design assets including digital graphics, layouts, illustrations, and campaign visuals.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs across digital, print, experiential, and social channels.




- Adapt global design concepts into localized or platform-specific executions.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and elevates the visual identity.

Video Production & Motion Graphics
- Lead video editing and post-production for campaigns, social content, and internal communications.
- Develop short-form and long-form video content optimized for digital and social platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate on storyboarding and visual planning for video shoots and productions.
- Manage multiple video projects, ensuring creative quality and timely delivery.

Content Development for Social & Digital
- Produce platform-native visuals and videos tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form social-first assets.
- Collaborate with social media leads and copywriters to develop cohesive mul
