About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community Manager Intern to help us build, manage, and grow our user communities.
The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, creating engaging conversations, and coming up with creative ways to keep communities active and valuable for users.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and growing WhatsApp communities.
- Engage with community members on a daily basis and encourage active participation.
- Plan and execute engaging activities such as polls, quizzes, challenges, discussions, and Q&A; sessions.
- Create and share relevant and engaging content within communities.
- Monitor conversations and understand user interests, feedback, and concerns.
- Help onboard new members and ensure they have a smooth community experience.
- Organize online events, sessions, challenges, and other community activities.
- Identify ways to improve engagement, participation, and retention within communities.




- Track basic community metrics such as participation, active members, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to address user queries or feedback.

What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different types of users.
- Creative and proactive approach to community engagement.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of what makes online communities engaging and interactive.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
