You will be part of Procurement, Products Business Line, Global Support who ensure delivery of your product is completed on schedule, saves money by actively working to improve delivery times, and reduces the risks associated with delays in the supply chain and dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international setting involving different cultures and different challenges.

Purpose of the role

The purchasing is responsible for acquiring goods and services essential for operations,



ensuring the right products are obtained in the correct quantity, quality, time, and price. It serves as a vital link between suppliers and internal operations, managing supplier relationships, controlling costs, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Reports Solid line to respective Manager Purchasing.
Manages Purchasing based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery capability.
Handles operational relations and interfaces with selected suppliers in order to build and maintain close relationships with suppliers.

Your responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties includes:
- Request for quote to supplier.
- Cost analysis & Preparation of bid evaluation sheet.
- Creation & release of purchase order.
- Req/PO reconciliation.
- Ensure receipt of order acknowledgement from supplier.
- Review changes in engineering release and amend PO and inform appropriately.
- Preparation of cost track
