Designation: Assistant Manager – Investor Relations

Location: Gurgaon

Position Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Investor Relations to support Affle’s Investor Relations function and work closely with the IR Manager on investor communication, financial reporting and market analysis. This role is ideal for someone with robust finance/analytical background and 2–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A; or a related experience. The person will support the preparation of investor materials, analyze market and peer developments, coordinate investor interactions and assist with regular financial and business analysis. The role will provide exposure to senior leadership, investors, analysts and the broader capital markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations, investor communication materials and financial updates.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for investor and analyst meetings.
- Track & analyze shareholding patterns,



share price movements, peer performance and market developments.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, analyst coverage and investor sentiment.
- Support the coordination of investor meetings, analyst interactions, earnings calls, conferences and roadshows.
- Work with internal teams to gather financial and business information required for investor communication.
- Assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and other investor-related disclosures.
- Maintain Investor Relations data, trackers, presentations and documentation.
- Support the IR Manager on ESG, corporate communication and other strategic initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or a related role.
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic financial/business metrics.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance
