The Insights team is looking for a Strategic Insights Analyst to serve as a trusted partner to our sales leadership and clients. In this role, you will act like an owner, move with velocity through change, and find cutting-edge, strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes. You will leverage data to build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating complex datasets into powerful,

What you’ll do:
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Uncover first-party (1PD) and third-party (3PD) consumer, industry, and market insights. Distill complex datasets into key executive learnings to create high-impact sales narratives, pitches, and custom client collaterals.
- Commercial Alignment & Pushback Handling: Map insights directly to core digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Incremental Lift, Post-Campaign Attribution, Reach & Frequency). Address and counter common customer pushbacks using authoritative data points.
