We are looking for a GBS HR Consultant to support HR Managers in delivering day-to-day HR operations, overseeing HR and administration-related matters, and providing timely guidance to employees, managers and other stakeholders.

you will support the effective delivery of local HR services in line with customer expectations, service commitments and local legal requirements. Working closely with employees, managers and HR stakeholders, you will help implement global people processes and organisational development initiatives, advise the business on relevant HR matters and contribute to continuous improvement of local HR service delivery.

Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Preferably minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good understanding of HR processes and tools, with knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with employees and managers at all levels.
