Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payments Implementation & Operations Specialist with solid expertise in payment processing, client onboarding, implementation management, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, dispute management, reconciliation, and 3D Secure solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, payment partners, product teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver seamless onboarding, implementation, and operational support for payment services.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Implementation & Client Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and payment implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful client go-live.
- Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Conduct UAT, certification testing, and production readiness activities.




- Support payment integrations and configuration across multiple payment channels.

Project Management
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive implementation governance and continuous process improvements.

Fraud & Risk Management
- Support fraud prevention initiatives and transaction monitoring activities.
- Work with fraud tools and authentication mechanisms including 3D Secure.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with payment security standards and best practices.

Chargebacks & Disputes
- Manage chargeback and dispute lifecycles from initiation through resolution.
- Liaise with acquiring banks, card schemes, merchants, and customers.
- Analyze dispute trends and recommend process improvements.
