Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience for Production Return Orders (PRO),



ensuring seamless coordination from return initiation through repair completion and shipment back to the customer. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers, repair operations, logistics, planning, finance, and service teams to deliver timely updates, resolve issues, and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding Production Return Orders (PRO).
- Provide proactive communication on repair status, lead times, delays, shipment updates, and completion schedules.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive service experience throughout the repair lifecycle.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns promptly.

Production Return Order (PRO) Management
- Create and manage Production Return Orders in SAP and related systems.
- Review return requests and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Monitor the movement of returned units through
