About the Role
At Takeda, we are transforming the way we prepare for and execute product launches across global markets. As the Digital Launch Excellence Lead, you will act as the business product lead for a portfolio of Launch Excellence solutions that support launch readiness,



planning and execution across assets, markets and lifecycle stages.
Working across global, regional and local stakeholders, you will ensure digital products deliver measurable value to launch teams while aligning business priorities with product strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of launch excellence by driving product adoption, business value realisation and continuous improvement across Takeda's launch ecosystem.

How You Will Contribute
- Define and champion the vision and roadmap for Launch Excellence products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and launch readiness objectives.
